Organic veal sazdarma

We prepare this organic beef delicacy from the tubular bones together with the meat without adding artificial flavors. How do we give the unique taste to the veal?

• We boil the pipe bones together with the meat between 10 - 12 hours at the right temperature in special machines to extract the valuable minerals and vitamins.
• After cooking, we manually extract the useful bone marrow.
• Season with only 11 g of salt per 1 kg. without changing the taste.

Organic veal sazdarma is available in jars of 670 g. It is also suitable for consumption by small children.
