We prepare this organic beef delicacy from the tubular bones together with the meat without adding artificial flavors. How do we give the unique taste to the veal?
- We boil the pipe bones together with the meat between 10 - 12 hours at the right temperature in special machines to extract the valuable minerals and vitamins.
- After cooking, we manually extract the useful bone marrow.
- Season with only 11 g of salt per 1 kg. without changing the taste.
