Organic beef fillet

Fillet is the most tender and tender part of veal, which is why it is a preferred and expensive delicacy around the world. Our fillet is made of freely bred Bulgarian animals, the meat is tender, pink-red and has excellent taste. Suggestions for ways of preparation and serving:

• It can be prepared as grilled steaks or as medallions with different sauces - Worcester, truffle and pepper sauce.
• It is often prepared only with salt and pepper to preserve the taste of the steak.
• Suitable spices for the preparation of fillets are rosemary, black pepper.
