Bio veal weissbrat

Weisbrat is the upper part of the calf's thigh and more precisely the muscles of the outer part of the thigh. In shape it resembles a pork loin. The meat is slightly drier than pork. Suggestions for ways of preparation and serving:
- All dishes with beef weisbrat are light, fragrant and incredibly appetizing. It is suitable for baking for 4 hours at 160 degrees, wrapped in foil.
- Suitable spices for the preparation of weissbrat are black pepper, paprika, rosemary, garlic, onion, as well as a combination of fruits such as dried apricots and plums, as well as various vegetables.
