Organic veal t-bone steak

Our organic T-bon steak is the highest grade of freshly chilled beef from the top of the spine, including fillet and loin. This is one of the most preferred stacks. Suggestions for ways of preparation and serving:

• It can be grilled or baked.
• It is often prepared only with salt and pepper to preserve the taste of the steak.
