1. General terms

These General Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the divataferma.com store (store) and the users (you) in connection with the services offered by divataferma.com. 2. Regarding the confidentiality of your data

divataferma.com processes and takes measures to protect the personal data of users in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act. Users agree that divataferma.com has the right to process their personal data in connection with the use of the services of the website. In order to serve you and fulfill your orders, it is necessary to accept the following data:   – name and surname – e-mail – contact phone – invoice and delivery address – ZIP code   Subsequently, you have the opportunity to correct this data from your personal profile.   The data we will receive when ordering, registering or browsing the pages will be used only for your service – receiving and executing orders, subscribing to news, contacting you in case of problems with the order and improving the service of divataferma.com. We guarantee that this data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users who subscribe to the News Subscription may unsubscribe at any time from the link located at the end of each news item. Your user profile can be deleted from the divataferma.com system together with the data attached to it upon your request.  

3. The order

Each order of a product or service through the system of divataferma.com is associated with an obligation to pay by your chosen method of payment. We accept orders 24 hours a day, including on weekends and public holidays. During the order process, you have the opportunity to see the products you buy and their prices, your names, e-mail, phone, address, postal code, method of delivery and method of payment. After completing the order and if this is your first order on the specified phone you will receive a call from us to confirm the said information. For each subsequent order you will receive a confirmation only by e-mail. You will be notified by e-mail about the change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, sending, etc.). You can monitor the status of the current as well as previous orders from your personal profile.

Ordering product(s) through the e-shop means express consent to enter into a distance selling contract, which is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.

4. The prices

All prices are in BGN with VAT included. The prices of the products do not include the delivery price, which you can learn from the following page: divataferma.com  

5. Problems with the execution of the order

Although we strive to execute all orders accurately, the execution of your order may be hindered for some of the following reasons:   1. We do our best to have stock and update stock in a timely manner, but it is possible that some of the ordered products are not available; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email 2. You have selected “Payment by card” or Paypal, but no payment has been made or there is a delay in the payment. 3. You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details – names, address, phone, ZIP code.   In case of discrepancy between the received and ordered products or inaccuracy due to our fault, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and replacement of non-compliant products. In case of impossibility of delivery through no fault of divataferma.com (you are not at the specified address or do not answer the supplier’s calls), your order will be returned to us while we contact you.  

6. Payment

Orders are paid at your choice, according to one of the methods specified in the e-shop. When choosing a payment method other than cash on delivery, you agree to pay the price of your order in advance to the bank account specified by us.

We offer 1 method of payment: 1. Payment on delivery: upon receipt of the order, you pay the courier.    

7. Delivery and receipt of products

1. By sending an order confirmation, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated value of the transport costs. 2. Delivery to address: It is selected in the order process after filling in the exact address, names, postal code, preferred delivery date and additional instructions.    

8. Order cancellation and return

You can return products purchased from us without a reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:            – The products must be in their original packaging            – Ther are no signs of use, damaged appearance or staining            – You must provide the original invoice or order with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document – fiscal receipt for payment upon delivery or invoice of your choice)            – The costs of returning the products are at your expense   You can replace the products with others or restore their value if you do not want a replacement. We refund the value of the products without the cost of delivery. All amounts paid upon delivery or on the spot, we refund only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the order. In case of disputes regarding obligations arising from contracts for online sales, in which no agreement has been reached, you may refer the dispute to the bodies for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) under the terms and conditions of Article 181a et seq. Of the CPA. Further information on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes can be found on the Consumer Protection Commission’s website at https://kzp.bg and in the online dispute resolution platform ОРС.

11. Content and copyrights

The Website contains copyrighted materials and texts, images, graphic logos, graphics, trademark logos, databases and software that are owned or licensed by divataferma.com and are protected by Bulgarian and other applicable laws and conventions on copyright, related and other intellectual property rights. The reproduction of the content, the website and / or any of its elements, subject to intellectual property, may be carried out only with the written consent of divataferma.com or its owners. Use of the Services and the Website does not grant users any rights to the intellectual property as a whole or to any part of it.
